because I was missing the home.. the place where all the movement practices I loved, studied and found my deepest connection to self were housed. As a former ballet dancer and aerialist, exploring the art and science of exercise physiology has always held me in awe.
Beyond the books and the neuroscience, I have found my soul on a yoga mat, my willpower to move through multiple illnesses and injuries in the Pilates studio, the heart to say kinder words to myself as I pass the mirror in the weight room and the confidence to own that I desire to feel sexy and strong for as long as I live in the silence of a breathing meditation.
One Mindful Movement is a home I share with you that brings us closer to our inner trust and to the empowerment of the truth that our capacity for transformation, self love and knowledge are limitless.
